Hosting and technical operation

The website is hosted by STRATO (Hosting). The host may keep technical server access logs.

Request by form / email

When you send a request through the form, we use your name, email, phone, apartment, arrival, departure, number of guests and message to answer your request. The request is sent by email via GMX (E-Mail) and stored in the request system.

Storage period

We keep requests for 12 months.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your details is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures for booking and availability requests) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to general enquiries). Submitting this form constitutes a non-binding request and not yet a confirmed booking.

Google Maps (arrival page only)

On the arrival page a Google map loads only after you click "Load map". Data is then sent to Google. The choice is not stored, and we ask again on the next visit.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
